Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided through our automated system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Boots

  Place the boots back into their original Georgia Boot box and secure them inside a separate shipping carton to ensure the product arrives safely.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
